I was at The Jump Zone in beckton 11Aug 2026. My experinfe was absolutely fantastic. From the moment my children got on the trampolines, they were grinning ear the ear. The staff, especially Rebecca L, was incredibly welcoming and make sure everyone was having a safe and fun time. The facility was clean and had so many awesome activities. Its definitely a place we’ll be visiting again soon for more bouncing fun!

First time here! Came down with my son and nephew. The boys loved it. A very special mention for Mariam at the customer service desk. Was so helpful and engaged with the boys, which in my opinion is quality customer service. Definitely will be back!

Grip Socks

Mandatory for all jumpers. Available at reception for £2.99, or bring your own from a previous visit.

Online Waiver

Complete the waiver before you arrive to skip the queue. One per jumper, valid for all future visits.

What to Wear

Comfortable, sporty clothing — nothing with sharp zips or studs. Remove jewellery and empty pockets.

Parking

Free parking spaces at Beckton Retail Park. Arrive 30 minutes before your session for the safety briefing.

How much does it cost?

Open jump sessions start from £13.95 off-peak. Grip socks are £2.99 (yours to keep and reuse). Toddler Takeover and party packages have their own pricing — get in touch for the full breakdown.

What ages can jump?

Open jump is for ages 4 and up. Toddler Takeover is designed for ages 1–6. Under 12s must be supervised on-site by a parent or guardian (free entry for non-jumpers). 12+ can jump independently.

Can we bring food or do you cater for allergens?

No outside food or drinks (except birthday cake in party rooms) due to health and allergen policies. Our café serves fresh pizzas, hot dogs, kids’ meals and drinks — please ask staff about allergens before ordering.

Do you run SEN sessions?

Yes — we run dedicated SEN-friendly sessions with reduced capacity, lower music, and trained staff. Carers go free with a paying participant (valid carer ID required). Contact us for upcoming dates.

Where do we park?

Free parking spaces at Beckton Retail Park, including disabled bays. Easy access via the A13, DLR (Beckton station) and cycle racks on-site. Arrive 30 minutes early for your safety briefing.

Do I need to book in advance?

Booking is strongly recommended — weekends, school holidays and peak times sell out fast. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available, but booking online guarantees your slot and saves you £1.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Open jump sessions can be flexibly rescheduled online subject to availability. Parties and group bookings can be amended up to 7 days before — full refund if cancelled 7+ days in advance, otherwise we’ll do our best to reschedule.
