We're looking for enthusiastic people (ages 16+) to reflect our excitement for this extreme leisure/sport activity. Our staff are the most important brand ambassadors for The Jump Zone, and we work hard to ensure we have people on the team who can provide the best possible experience for everyone who visits.

COURT MONITOR

Monitor activity areas to ensure customers have a safe and enjoyable experience.
Greet new customers at reception, process payments and handle enquiries.
Maintain the highest level of cleanliness through regular cleaning.
Serve and clean the café as needed.
Report equipment problems to the Duty Manager.
Attend to any injured visitors within your designated area.

PARTY HOST

Deliver exceptional customer engagement and service as host for parties.
Ensure parties and parents are aware of the structure and timings.
Prepare your party room before each party and reset after use.
Create memorable experiences for guests of all ages.
