Yes — every jumper (or climber) must complete a waiver. Under 18s need a parent/guardian signature. Waivers are valid for 12 months from signing and kept on file for future visits. No phone/email permission accepted.

Yes — mandatory induction/health & safety briefing before every session. Arrive 30 minutes early (or risk losing your spot if briefing starts).

No — parents/friends watch free from our raised café/viewing areas.

No outside food/beverages due to health/allergen policies (except birthday cake in party areas). Our café serves fresh pizzas, hot dogs, kids’ meals, drinks, etc.

No — once signed, it lasts 12 months.

Recommended — weekends, holidays, and peak times often sell out. Walk-ins welcome if space available, but book online to guarantee your slot and save £1.

Online bookings paid at time of booking. Walk-ins/card payments at reception. Cards preferred.
Yes — for schools, youth groups, team building (20–25+ guests). Off-peak discounts available. Enquire for bespoke sessions or exclusive hire.
Free parking at Beckton Retail Park (disabled spaces available). Easy access via A13, DLR (Beckton station nearby), and cycle racks.
Yes — we have a dedicated quiet room available for any visitor who needs a sensory break during their session. Speak to a Court Monitor or front desk staff and they’ll show you the way. The space is low-light, low-noise and away from the main park.
Registered assistance dogs are warmly welcomed throughout the park, including the café and viewing areas. For safety, dogs cannot go onto the trampolines or inflatables — staff can show you to a comfortable spot nearby. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare.

Safety first! Our park uses top-quality equipment. Trained staff supervise, enforce rules, and provide briefings. Trampolining/inflatables carry inherent risks — jump within your ability, follow instructions, and warm up.

Under 12s must be supervised on-site by a parent/guardian (free entry for non-jumpers). Under 5s need constant supervision. 12+ can jump independently. For carers it’s a £2 charge.

Yes — subject to availability. Sessions: flexible online changes. Parties/groups: amend up to 7 days before (full refund if cancelled 7+ days; no refund <7 days, but possible rescheduling).

Our non-slip grip socks improve traction on trampolines/inflatables, reduce slipping risks, prevent foot infections, and boost comfort. £2.99 (yours to keep/reuse). No other socks allowed.

General open jump (ages 4+): Max weight 136kg. No height limit. Minimum age to enter unattended: 12. Toddler Takeover (ages 1–6). Giant inflatable & obstacles: Min height 90cm for some sections.

Comfortable clothes (shorts, tracksuits, T-shirts). No jewellery, belts, hats, or sharp objects. Tie back long hair. Grip socks compulsory on activity surfaces.

£1 coin return lockers available.  Valuables at your own risk.
Yes — one carer free per paying participant (with valid carer ID/proof). Carers must stay close, follow rules, and sign waiver.
Yes — our park is fully wheelchair accessible at ground level, including reception, café, viewing areas, party rooms and accessible toilets. Some activity surfaces (trampolines, inflatables) have limits — please contact us in advance and we’ll talk you through what’s possible for your visit.
Yes — we have an accessible Changing Places-style facility on site and hoist provision for visitors with complex needs. Please ask at reception on arrival and a member of staff will assist.
Yes — we run regular SEN-friendly sessions with reduced capacity, lower music, dimmed lighting and trained staff. One carer goes free per paying participant (with valid carer ID). Contact us for upcoming dates and to discuss any specific requirements.
