ACCESSIBILITY

At The Jump Zone we are committed to providing an enjoyable and safe visit for all our guests. The following guidance has been created to help guests with additional needs have a fantastic time.

We welcome guests with disabilities and are committed to ensuring they have a safe and enjoyable experience. However, some of our park’s elements are physically demanding. As a result, we may need to restrict access or advise against certain elements if we believe there is a potential risk to an individual’s safety. Guidance from the Health and Safety Executive allows us to restrict or refuse access on the grounds of health and safety and does not constitute discrimination.

We appreciate your understanding and acceptance of these measures, which are designed with your safety in mind.

Companion Tickets

If you require assistance due to a disability, we offer a complimentary companion ticket to help make your visit more enjoyable. To qualify, simply present the relevant documentation along with valid photo ID of the named recipient at check-in. The guest with the disability receives the free companion ticket; any additional members of the party will be required to pay full price.

Accepted forms of proof of disability

  • Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or DLA/Personal Independence Payments (PIP) for those aged 16–64, in the form of an award letter or Allowance book.
  • Attendance Allowance or Carer’s Allowance letter of award.
  • Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient of Incapacity Benefit, Employment Support Allowance (ESA), Disability Student’s Allowance (DSA), or DID card (UK Disabled ID Card).
  • A valid Blue Badge.
