1. Definitions

“Activity” means indoor adventure activities including, but not limited to, open jump trampolining, airbag jumps with tower, slides, indoor football court, interactive gaming zones/pixel floor, dodgeball, slam dunk battles, and giant inflatable mega-park (bootcamp obstacles, energy assault courses, climbing walls, stepping stones, drop slides, etc.).

“Company” means TJZ Leisure (The Jump Zone), registered address Riseley House, 4 New Road, Rochester, ME1 1BD.

“Customer” means any person, company or organisation who purchases Services from the Company. “Participant” means any person entering the park to undertake Activities. “Waiver” means the acknowledgement of risk waiver form to be completed prior to undertaking Activities.

2. General

These Booking Terms apply to any Activity booking at The Jump Zone Beckton. Customers must ensure all members of their party agree to be bound by this Agreement. All Participants must be 4 years of age or over and complete a Waiver. Anyone under 18 must have a Waiver completed by a parent or guardian.

Wilful damage to facilities, fixtures or fittings will be charged to the Customer. The Company does not accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to property. Lockers are available on site.

3. Price and Payment

All bookings must be paid for at the time of booking at the rates advertised. A Booking Confirmation will be issued — bookings are only deemed accepted upon issue of this confirmation. The Company reserves the right to amend any advertised price or offer at any time.

4. Obligations of the Parties

Customers and Participants must arrive 30 minutes before any Activity to allow time for check-in and safety briefings. Late arrivals may be refused entry without refund.

Participation is not without risk. All Participants must attend the safety briefing. Anyone under 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Participants must be reasonably fit and healthy and meet age and weight restrictions (max 136kg/21.5 stone for general activities; lower for some inflatable sections). Pregnant guests should not participate. Grip socks (£2.99) are mandatory on activity surfaces.

The Company may prevent any Participant from undertaking or completing an Activity if they are acting unsafely, not following safety rules, or appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. No refund will be given in these cases.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the booked date for a refund or rebooking. Cancellations within 7 days will not be refunded or rebooked. The Company may cancel a booking at any time and will provide a full refund of sums paid; no other compensation is payable.

6. Party Bookings

Party bookings must be paid in full at time of booking. Refunds or date changes require 7 days’ notice. The party room is reserved for 30 minutes after the activity. A parent/guardian must remain on site at all times. Dietary requirements must be advised at least 72 hours in advance. Additional guests can be added with 3 days’ notice, subject to availability.

Birthday cake, candles and cutlery are not included; we will supply a knife to cut a cake brought by the Customer. Decorations are subject to approval and may not be stuck to walls. Three pizzas are included for every 10 children — extras can be added at booking. Parties must arrive 20 minutes before the start time.

7. Refunds and Amendments

Any refund will only be made to the same debit or credit card used for the booking. If the card has expired, refunds will be made by bank transfer.

8. Photography and Recording

Photography and recording is permitted but must be limited to the Customer’s own party. It is forbidden in toilets or any area the Duty Manager designates. The Company may withdraw permission if it considers safety has been or could be compromised. Anyone using equipment in an intrusive or inappropriate manner will be asked to leave and may be reported to the Police.

9. Lost Property

Found property will be retained for 30 days (60 days for valuables/electronics). Unclaimed items will be disposed of or donated. Customers should report lost property within a reasonable time of loss.

10. Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property Rights in or arising out of the Services shall be owned by the Company. The Customer shall not infringe any of the Company’s Intellectual Property Rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Company does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to property or persons whilst attending the park. Parking is at your own risk. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Liability for direct loss is capped at the insurance sum (excluding death or personal injury caused by negligence).

12. Indemnity

The Customer shall indemnify the Company against any claims arising from a breach of these terms.

13. Termination

The Agreement ends on completion of Services or earlier breach (e.g. non-payment).

14. Force Majeure

No liability for delays or failures due to uncontrollable events (e.g. acts of God, strikes).

15. Third Party Rights, Assignment, Severance

No third-party rights; no assignment without consent; invalid terms severed.
