PARK RULES

To make sure everyone has a safe and fantastic time, all guests must follow our park rules at all times. Our Court Monitors are here to help — please listen to and follow all instructions given.

Before you jump

All participants must have a signed Waiver. Anyone under 18 needs a Waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
Arrive at least 30 minutes before your session for check-in and the mandatory safety briefing.
Grip socks (£2.99) are mandatory on all activity surfaces and must be worn at all times.
Wear suitable, comfortable clothing. Remove all sharp objects, jewellery, belts and items from pockets.
You must be at least 4 years of age to take part in general sessions.

General rules

Always follow the instructions of our Court Monitors.
One person per trampoline at a time unless instructed otherwise.
No double bouncing — never jump on the same trampoline as another person.
Always land on two feet, with knees slightly bent.
Walk — do not run — between activity zones.
No food, drink, chewing gum or glass on any activity surface.
No climbing on safety pads, side walls or netting.
Children under 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Weight & age restrictions

Maximum weight 136kg (21.5 stone) for general activities.
Lower weight limits (e.g. 120kg / 19 stone) apply to some inflatable sections — see signage on site.
Toddler Takeover sessions are reserved for ages 1–6 only.

Health & safety

Do not participate if you are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or have a medical condition that may put you at risk.
If unsure, consult a doctor before booking.
Report any injuries or equipment issues to a Court Monitor immediately.

Behaviour

Be respectful to other guests and staff.
Anti-social, dangerous or disrespectful behaviour will result in removal from the park without refund.
The Duty Manager’s decision on any matter of safety or conduct is final.
