Yes — every jumper (or climber) must complete a waiver. Under 18s need a parent/guardian signature. Waivers are valid for 12 months from signing and kept on file for future visits. No phone/email permission accepted.

Safety first! Our park uses top-quality equipment (including our giant Airquee inflatable from 2018, inspected annually per BS/EN 14960 standards). Trained staff supervise, enforce rules, and provide briefings. Trampolining/inflatables carry inherent risks—jump within your ability, follow instructions, and warm up. Full rules displayed on site.

Yes—mandatory induction/health & safety briefing before every session. Arrive 30 minutes early (or risk losing your spot if briefing starts).

Under 12s must be supervised on-site by a parent/guardian (free entry for non-jumpers). Under 5s need constant supervision. 12+ can jump independently, but we aren’t responsible for them.

No—parents/friends watch free from our raised café/viewing areas (with photo permission rules—no flash, respect privacy).

Yes—subject to availability. Sessions: flexible online changes. Parties/groups: amend up to 7 days before (full refund if cancelled 7+ days; no refund <7 days, but possible rescheduling). Call or email us.

No outside food/beverages due to health/allergen policies (except birthday cake in party areas). Our café serves fresh pizzas, hot dogs, kids’ meals, drinks, etc.—check our menu!

See our parties page—Classic/Premium/UV/After Dark/Toddler options with host, jump time, food, party area, and extras. Birthday child gets free return pass. Parents/guardians must stay.

Our ground-level layout and viewing areas are accessible; some attractions (e.g., trampolines/inflatables) may have limits—contact us for details or SEN sessions.

We run quieter, capped SEN sessions (no music, reduced lighting) for ages 4+—from £12.95. Enquire for custom inclusive times.

Weekends, school/public holidays—book ahead!

Check our timetable—park opens 30 mins before first session; last starts ~1 hour before close.

Our non-slip grip socks improve traction on trampolines/inflatables, reduce slipping risks, prevent foot infections, and boost comfort. The Jump Zone grip socks cost £3.50 (yours to keep/reuse). No other socks allowed.

No—once signed, it lasts 12 months.

  • General open jump (ages 4+): Max weight 136kg (21.5 stone). No height limit.
  • Minimum age to enter unattended: 12 years old.
  • Toddler Takeover (ages 1–6): Max age 6; one adult per child required.
  • Giant inflatable & obstacles: Min height 90cm for some sections; max weight varies (e.g., slides/airbag 120kg/19 stone).
  • Indoor football & gaming zones: No strict limits, but supervised play advised. All guests must be in good health—consult a doctor if unsure.

Recommended—weekends, holidays, and peak times often sell out. Walk-ins welcome if space available, but book online to guarantee your slot and save £1 on sessions.

Comfortable clothes (shorts, tracksuits, T-shirts). No jewellery, belts, hats, or sharp objects. Tie back long hair. Glasses OK. Closed-toe shoes for any non-jump areas if needed. Grip socks compulsory on activity surfaces.

Online bookings paid at time of booking. Walk-ins/card payments at reception. No cash issues—cards preferred.

Free lockers available (first-come, first-served; 4-digit code). Valuables at your own risk.

Yes—for schools, youth groups, team building (20–25+ guests). Off-peak discounts (e.g., Bronze/Silver/Gold from £12.95–£16.95 pp with socks/pizza/slush). Enquire for bespoke sessions or exclusive hire.

Yes—one carer free per paying participant (with valid carer ID/proof). Carers must stay close, follow rules, and sign waiver.

Free parking at Beckton Retail Park (disabled spaces available). Easy access via A13, DLR (Beckton station nearby), and cycle racks.

Kept 3 months—then donated. Cards destroyed immediately.
