Rules

Even fun comes with rules sometimes – but rest assured these rules only exist to keep you safe. Our multi-activity park is an inherently demanding adventure so always participate within your ability. Keep safe and Jump to happy!

Our core rules

  1. Always warm up before participating.
  2. Listen to the Court monitor instructions at all times.
  3. There must only be one person per trampoline at any time. Two or more people can cause the double bounce effect, the most common cause of injury when trampolining.
  4. If you need to stop bouncing, bend your knees and safely stop.
  5. When jumping, always aim for the centre of the trampoline with both feet together. Do not jump on or near the padding.
  6. Always look out for those around you before you jump and be mindful of smaller jumpers.
  7. Do not hang, climb, or dangle off the padding on the wall trampolines.
  8. Jump within your ability and skill level.
  9. Make sure you read and follow all the rule signs around the park.
  10. Trampolining can be tiring, so remember to take a break if necessary.

General

Every jumper must have read and completed a The Jump Zone waiver form before using the park.

Please arrive 30 minutes before the session to allow time to watch the safety briefing.

If a jumper is under 18 the waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian.

For hygiene and to avoid slipping, all persons must wear The Jump Zone grip socks when participating. These can be purchased either when you book online or from our reception desk (£3.50). Other socks will not be accepted.

Jumpers must wear the valid-coloured wristband at all times during activities.

Under no circumstances are people under the influence of alcohol or drugs allowed use of the park.

Look out for other participants and give way to the smaller ones.

Pregnant women or people with health concerns are advised not to participate.

No lying or sitting on trampolines or inflatables. Take a break if required in the seating area.

Grabbing of the safety pads or safety netting is prohibited.

No double bouncing, running, wrestling or rough play.

One person per trampoline/mat at a time.

Always land with two feet and aim to stay in the middle away from the padding – do not operate mobile phones, cameras or similar equipment on the activity surfaces.

Bad language will not be tolerated.

No food or drink (including gum) is permitted on the activity areas.

No double somersaults or flips or tricks over the pads are allowed. Single somersaults are allowed but no more than two in a row.

No belt buckles, clothing studs, jewellery, key chains, or sharp objects are permitted on the activity areas and no loose change in pockets.
