At The Jump Zone we are committed to providing an enjoyable and safe visit for all our guests. The following guidance has been created to help guests with additional needs have a fantastic time.
We welcome guests with disabilities and are committed to ensuring they have a safe and enjoyable experience. However, some of our park’s elements are physically demanding. As a result, we may need to restrict access or advise against certain elements if we believe there is a potential risk to an individual’s safety. Guidance from the Health and Safety Executive allows us to restrict or refuse access on the grounds of health and safety and does not constitute discrimination.
We appreciate your understanding and acceptance of these measures, which are designed with your safety in mind.
Dedicated SEN Sessions
Every Monday 6-7pm our park runs SEN Sessions which are perfect for autism groups and for parents looking for activities in a calmer environment. These sessions are capped (fewer people), no music and reduced lighting to avoid glare.
